In London, 31-year-old Sukhwinder Singh died of stab wounds after defending woman from bag snatchers. The British Indian has died a hero in London after selflessly throwing himself into harms way to save a woman being attacked in East London.
Unfortunately, the braveheart was stabbed by the robber and succumbed to his injuries but not without capturing the hearts of a nation.
Sukhwinder Singh proved his mettle when two robbers attacked a defenceless woman in East London.
According to a police constable, a woman left the station to walk home and she was attacked by two black males who ran off with her hand bag.
With no heed for his own safety, Sukhwinder Singh sprang to her defence.
Mr. Singh obviously saw something that was going on and followed the two men, into an uphill road. At the bottom there was a squabble, where Mr. Singh received a fatal, stab wound, according to the police.
Unfortunately, the have-a-go hero would never know the tributes and accolades coming from the people.
In a case where fortune did not favour the brave, Sukhwinder Singh succumbed to his injuries, dying a hero while his killers are still at large. The police is urging anyone who witness the incidence to contact them.
